Independent Diagnostic Review

A structured, independent assessment of existing security arrangements.

When protective security arrangements exist but confidence does not, an independent review can provide clarity.

This engagement offers a calm, objective view of whether security is proportionate, effective in practice, and capable of working within your specific circumstances.  The aim is to provide clear direction and reassurance without unnecessary disruption.

Who Is This For

  • Private estates and asset owners
  • Family offices
  • Specialist venues and operators
  • Organisations without in-house senior security leadership
  • Senior decision-makers seeking independent perspective

What The Engagement Involves

  • Initial discussion to understand headline concerns and confirm appropriate scope
  • Detailed discussion of context, priorities and concerns following formal engagement
  • Structured on-site review of physical, technical and procedural measures
  • Scenario-based assessment of realistic threat exposure relevant to your environment
  • Engagement with relevant stakeholders where appropriate
  • Written summary with prioritised, practical recommendations
  • Follow-up discussion to clarify findings and next steps

Scope Clarification

Within the Independent Diagnostic Review, the focus is clarity and proportion. It does not typically include:

  • Formal compliance audits
  • Technical installation surveys
  • Vendor procurement or installation management
  • Ongoing operational oversight

Where required, these services can be provided separately or coordinated following review.

The objective is straightforward: to establish what works, what doesn’t, and what requires adjustment.

Format and Fee

Typically delivered through a structured on-site review, followed by written findings and prioritised recommendations, and a follow-up discussion to clarify next steps.
